Return and refund

You can return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days from receiving the order. The refund for the return will be issued within 5 business days after we have received it. The refund will be made with your original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues

In case you receive a damaged product or a wrong item, we will refund the payment in total or send you a new one. Please contact us immediately.

Unclaimed parcels

If you don’t collect your parcel and it is sent back to us, we charge 18 € for shipping and handling the order.
